寫字小達人（Zi Writer，以下稱「本 App」）是給孩子練習寫中文字的 App，由 Dre & Em² Expedition Labs（以下稱「我們」）開發和經營。我們非常重視孩子和家長的隱私，本 App 的設計原則是：不收集、不上傳、不追蹤。
我們不收集任何個人資料
- 本 App 沒有帳號註冊，不要求姓名、email、電話、生日或任何聯絡方式。
- 本 App 沒有廣告，不使用任何廣告或分析工具，不追蹤使用者，也不和任何第三方分享資料。
- 本 App 沒有自己的伺服器，不會把任何資料傳送到網路上。
存在裝置上的資料
為了讓孩子能繼續練習，下列資料只存在您的裝置上，我們看不到、也拿不到：
- 孩子的暱稱和頭像（由家長自行輸入，可以用暱稱）。
- 練習紀錄：學過的字、星星、金幣、徽章、兌換的獎勵。
- 孩子手寫的信件。
- 家長密碼（只存加密後的雜湊值）和 App 設定。
刪除 App 會一併刪除這些資料。家長也可以在「家長區」刪除某位孩子和他所有的紀錄。如果您的裝置開啟了 iCloud 備份，這些資料會隨著裝置備份一起存到您自己的 iCloud，由 Apple 依照其隱私權政策保管。
家長控制
- 購買、兌換獎勵、寄出信件、分享學習成果、寄信給我們，都需要先輸入家長密碼。
- 分享學習成果圖卡或信件時，是透過 iOS 內建的分享功能，由家長自己選擇要傳給誰。本 App 不會自動傳送任何東西。分享圖卡時可以選擇不顯示孩子的名字。
購買
「解鎖全部關卡」透過 Apple 的 App Store 付款，付款資料由 Apple 處理，我們不會收到您的信用卡或 Apple 帳號資料。
寫信給我們
如果您寫信給我們，我們會收到您的 email 地址和信件內容，只用來回覆您的問題，不會用來行銷，也不會提供給任何人。從 App 裡寄信時，信件會附上 App 版本、裝置型號和系統版本，方便我們找出問題；您可以在寄出前刪掉這些資訊。
兒童隱私
本 App 是給兒童使用的學習工具。因為我們不收集任何個人資料，也不會在知情的情況下向兒童收集個人資料。如果您認為孩子曾經寄給我們個人資料，請來信，我們會立即刪除。
政策更新
如果本政策有任何變更，我們會更新這個頁面和上方的生效日期。

Zi Writer (寫字小達人, “the app”) helps children practice writing Chinese characters. It is developed and operated by Dre & Em² Expedition Labs (“we”). We take the privacy of children and parents seriously. The app is built on a simple principle: we don't collect, upload, or track anything.
We don't collect any personal information
- There are no accounts. The app never asks for a name, email, phone number, birthday, or any contact information.
- There are no ads. The app uses no advertising or analytics tools, doesn't track users, and doesn't share data with any third party.
- The app has no servers of its own and doesn't send any data over the internet.
Data stored on your device
So that your child can keep practicing, the following is stored only on your device. We can't see it or access it:
- Your child's nickname and avatar (entered by a parent; a nickname is fine).
- Practice records: characters learned, stars, coins, badges, and redeemed rewards.
- Handwritten letters your child writes.
- The parent passcode (stored only as a hash) and app settings.
Deleting the app deletes all of this data. Parents can also delete a child and all of their records in the Parent area. If iCloud Backup is turned on for your device, this data is included in your own device backup and kept by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Parental controls
- Purchases, reward redemptions, sending letters, sharing progress, and emailing us all require the parent passcode.
- Progress cards and letters are shared through the built-in iOS share sheet, and the parent chooses where they go. The app never sends anything automatically. You can hide your child's name on the progress card.
Purchases
“Unlock All Lessons” is paid through Apple's App Store. Payment is handled by Apple; we never receive your card or Apple Account details.
Emailing us
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, never for marketing, and we never share them. Emails sent from inside the app include the app version, device model, and system version to help us fix problems; you can delete this before sending.
Children's privacy
The app is a learning tool for children. Because we don't collect personal information, we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has sent us personal information, please email us and we will delete it right away.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
